[TPIN] ADMIN: - Tribute to Maynard

I first heard him when I was 12 at the Hotel Utah.  My dad took me.  He was
a highschool band director and trumpet player and had been teaching some
Maynard tunes to his band.  I hope they get to meet each other on the other
side.

* My first High G, playing along with the intro to Schaherazade
* First time I put my horn down discussed with my abilities, after listening
to Airegin on the same 8-track :)

As we have done in the past, I will compile all the messages to TPIN about
Maynard's passing and make sure they are delivered to his family so that
they can appreciate our sentiments. Please post your thoughts in the next
couple days. I particularly enjoy reading all the stories about when you
first heard him. I'll have my own to post soon.
