[TPIN] Chet Baker and the Army

Somewhere in the late '40s, Jack Sheldon and I were in a band together.
During the course of the gig, his friend Chet showed up and we asked him to 
sit in.
My recollection was that he couldn't read.
He did however talk a solo on Talk of the Town, that as I remember it was 
very good.
