[TPIN] Widner Band Camp and Terrell Stafford

just back in Houston after a week at the Jim Widner Band Camp at the 
University of Mo, Kansas City.
the camp was run very well, and had an outstanding group of teachers. 
Jim was a great guy and his "co-host", Bobby Watson was  a wonderfully 
nice man and outstanding jazz musician.

the big part of the week to me, however, was having Terrell Stafford as 
the trumpet teacher, and having "Master Classes" with him every day for 
an hour and a half, for 5 days. What an awesome player, and outstanding 
teacher, and what  a wonderfully nice and approachable man.  If anyone 
gets a chance to listen to or meet Terrell, take that chance. He is great.
