Thanks to all who responded to my inquiry.  I got some good insight and advice, probably the most helpful from Mike Spengler.  When I played the show last night I tried to follow Mike's advice, concentrate on deep breathing and keeping my head up a little higher.  It seemed to help.  No pain and I think I even sounded better.

I also liked the advice from 'Silvan' McIntyre: a. you're doing something wrong and b. don't do that.  Made me laugh - so true.
