Nanette,
I haven't tried your product but I am impressed with the testimonies of
those who have. You apparently have a good thing there. One thing that
seems to be common to most of the e-mails that I have read is that the
packaging is a problem. The customer buys the packaging just as much as
the product inside. If your research and customer feedback shows that
packaging is a problem...fix it to make it better. You are competing
with other products out there. I'm sure that your competition would like
you to ignore the issue.

Nanette, you are doing your best to make everyone happy, especially by
the quality of your oil. Nevertheless and unfortunately, you end up
behind the eight ball one way or the other even if it's for packaging
flaws. Leave things as they are and let the individual fend for himself
/ herself as to finding a failsafe way to carry their oil without
leakage. I notice that your witch's hat nozzle is removable but
compatible to most screw on caps that come on other oil bottles. I'm
sure the multitude of us have a zillion dead bottles of valve oil where
one can 'recycle' a cap to put on your existing bottle. If that's not
good enough for them, then there are all kinds of refillable containers
including hypodermic type oil syringes and small metallic containers
with threaded caps. These can be found and purchased at hobby shops that
cater to model railroaders who use lightweight oils to lube up their
electric trains. And the price for any of them is quite reasonable,
where 10 or so bucks should be nothing to trumpet players who spend
money like drunken sailors buying mutes for 50 bucks and more, rez
enhancements, valve alignments, mouthpieces and tone enhancers. As far
as I'm concerned, you could package and ship your oil to me in a sealed
milk carton and I'll find a way to store and use it to my own liking.
BOB
