That's me.  My top note is wherever there's no longer enough bottom lip to 
complete a seal, because my jaw has pulled back, and my lower lip rolled 
under the upper one.  I need to do something about that one of these days, 
but a dozen books have 50,000 suggestions among them what to do with what, 
and there's no sorting it out without a teacher.  Which I haven't had for 
months now, due to scheduling and financial conflicts.

Oh well.  I don't really need to go higher than G above the staff anyway, and 
that note is well within my grasp.
