[TPIN] Air pressure injury? TMJ?

Jeanne cited no scientific literature regarding
a relationship between tmj and brass playing.
A quick and dirty medline search comes up dry.
Are there any documented cases where playing the
trumpet is given as a primary cause of TMJ? or
are you guys just speculating about what, might,
or could happen?
