[TPIN] Re: TPIN Bending mouthpieces

I decided to bend mpc's for myself after David Monette suggested it  
to me. I bent the first by whacking it. It worked. The second mpc, I  
tried that way, broke. So I called Jon Lewis who is experienced in  
bending mpcs. He said first to anneal the bend area. (heat it up to  
dull red hot and let cool). Then use a vise and rods to slowly bend  
to the exact angle you want. One rod goes at the place of the bend  
and the other(s) on the other side of the mpc on either side of the  
bend area. I have done several more this way with good results.
