Be careful not to upset people by quoting the Arban book. (I suspect the
page numbers refer to an edition published in New York rather than the
french edition!) Referring to the holy works like Saint Jacome, and Arban,
or transcriptions from Monk makes some people uncomfortable.

The very history and meaning of trumpet playing from the time of Jericho to
the present have largely been concerned with important things and beliefs in
life. (war, peace, worship, love of home)
