[TPIN] acid reflux

I have never found that playing made the acid worse, but I did feel that 
the reflux made the playing worse.  It seemed to me that the chops felt 
weak when I would eat (and get acid) and try to play.  So for yeas, I 
wouldn't eat and play.  Prilosec and Nexium (now back on Prliosec OTC 
because of the high deductible on my insurance) helped with that issue.  
Nerves are still my major problem.
