[TPIN] acid reflux

I have a hiatal (sp?) hernia as did my father.  He passed away from
esophageal cancer.  Don't mess around, get it checked out and treat it.
Most people are completely controlled by common pills like prilosec OTC.  It
sure made playing more enjoyable after I started treating it too.  Mine was
aggravated by abdominal pressure.  Oh, by the way, I am 5'9", 155 pounds.
Not overweight and eat a range of foods.  You don't have to be overweight or
eat junk to have this.

not the most pleasant topic, sorry. But we have discussed all sorts of 
things, and probably this and I just missed it.
do any of you have acid reflux issues that are made worse by playing the 
trumpet. I can not swear that this is what is making mine worse, but it 
sure seems that way
