Any time you are using strong abdominal support to blow the horn there is a possibility of reflux....
  
Fwiw, I take *Protonix* (prescription)...you might want to ask your doctor about this or something similar....
   
  I also eat very lightly before performing: power bar/protein bars work well (with LOTS of water!)...
