[TPIN] RE: DEG Dynasty Trumpets

Actually, the Blue Devils from Concord, CA have been
using DEG Dynasty brass and percussion instruments
since I believe the 2000 season. Anyone who's into DCI
knows the Blue Devils as being in the top 5
consistently since 1976, having one of the best brass
sections every summer. Their soprano (trumpet now that
they use standard keyed instruments) section is known
for its crisp sound, blend, and screaming leads. They
have worked with DEG to constantly refine their
instruments and I hear they stand up quite well at
this point after so many years of working with them.
