[TPIN] Bert Truax Trumpet Camp

Those of you who know Bert probably already know of this camp, but they have
put a lot of effort into both getting the clinicians and organizing concerts
with new music and a real cross section of music styles and education. 

 

They also bought some advertising in local media to publicize the events,
largely because the Dallas media had no interest in interviewing Phil Smith
(guess the best trumpet players in the world are old hat to such a refined
market as Dallas?).

 

The camp is being held at Northridge Presbyterian Church, 6920 Bob-o-link
