[TPIN] Mouthpiece too long?

The labor on the Reeves Sleeves modification I did was about 70 bucks quite  
a few years ago, several times what I paid for the piece.  However, I don't  
regret doing it at all.  I have had Reeves to do some other kind of  creative 
things in the past, too, like grafting a Schilke rim onto a Bach 3  cornet 
piece.  If you are going to keep the mouthpieces and use them for  many years, the 
cost is not that big of a deal.
