[TPIN] Trumpet Concerto - Premiere Project II

Hi All!

Let's do it again!

I am currently preparing a proposal for a new premiere project.
We are in the wee hours of the morning on this one - and this
time, having been through the process once before, I am
following more conventional channels.

The first step in preparing the proposal is to create a database
of musicians interested in considering participating in the premiere
(trumpet and piano version).  There is no commitment here, except
to have an opportunity to perform the work during the 2007-2008
season and a willingness to be listed as a "possible participant"
in the grant proposal (not publicly released).

About the work?  Oh no, not yet!  The most I can reveal at this point
is the instrumentation - trumpet and orchestra and/or piano - and
that the work will be in three movements.

I realize that this is a HUGE leap of faith.  And that many more people
will consider participating after seeing the trumpet part (and then
accompaniment).  However, the world of grant applications happens
prior to completion of a work.  And in order to prepare this proposal,
I must ask that you consider supporting this project without even
having seen the composition yet.  I can, however, offer a pretty  
accurate
view of my composition style if you visit my website where several
of my trumpet works are available for download (trumpet part only)
as PDFs.
