[TPIN] Beginning of the End?

 Throughout the recording ban vocalists were still allowed to record,
usually with chorus as accompaniment. This accounts for two things;
A) a lot of really mediocre vocal recordings during this period and
B) a rise in popularity of vocalists who were soon to steal the
spotlight once owned by the great big bands of the Swing Era.
