[TPIN] Bad A

Some thoughts, questions and suggestions:
1. Is your horn damaged in way? Some instruments even when new don't have
even respond well in all registers. Eb above C over the staff is not a good
not on many Bach trumpets.

2. How are other notes that are fingered 1+2?  *If the all are dead see
question #1.

3. Does alternate fingering 3rd valve make any difference?

How are the surrounding notes Ab and Bb? Are these ok?

On other instruments is this a problem note for you? *If not lo into
question #1.

Suggestions - clean you trumpet and mouthpiece.
                     Use the appropriate amount of air to get a ringing ton
t all dynamics.
                     Meditate long on the sufferings and service of Saint
Jacombe.   :).
