[TPIN] Bass trombone (for tuba) in a brass quintet?

I've heard the Atlantic Brass Quintet several times;
but am interested in anyone's first hand experiences
with using a bass trombone for tuba in a brass quintet.

Advantages/disadvantages, special problems?
