Please forgive this blatantly self-serving post.
The wife and I have "agreed" to clean up the den, so I have 4 horns for sale
and offer them first, as always, to the members of this group. I am a player
and not a dealer. Tom Meacham and others on this list can vouch for my
honesty in dealings with them. Everything offered previously on this list
has sold to members of this list.  Never a complaint!

FOR SALE:

BACH Bb TRUMPET: SN: 8706XX in gold lacquer with 90-95% plating good.  Some
minor pitting. No major dings at all, all slides move. Bell marked "Bach
USA". Good playable horn. Inc. very sturdy Bach plastic case & VB 7-C MP. -
First $125 plus Insured shipping. 

KING Bb CORNET: SN:5558XX in gold lacquer with 90% or better plating good.
Blemish on bottom, backside of bell.
Bell marked "King Cleveland 602" and "King Musical Instruments, USA".
All slides move, no dings, no pitting.  Good student or double horn.
Inc. OK case & VB 5-C MP. - First $140 plus Insured shipping.

HOLTON Eb/F TENOR HORN: SN: 3177XX in Silver plate w/ gold inner bell.
Finish could use buffing but otherwise excellent.  Apparently very
little-used. The 3rd valve has mismatched brass button.  Bell marked
"Colligate by Holton Elkhorn Wis. U.S.A." Nice little "peck horn" for brass
band or chorale.  Easy switch from Eb to F by inserting slide extension.
I've had this for YEARS, but seldom played.  Might as well humor the wife.
Includes nice fitted case, Extension Slide & HOLTON MP. - First $125 plus

US NAVY BAND TROMBONE: SN: 137XX. Likely WWII Vintage. Silver Plate finish.
Ornately Engraved Bell marked "Made by Grand Rapids Band Inst Co, Grand
Rapids Mich."
Engraved below that on rim of the Bell is "U S N".  
Finish needs buffing & TLC, otherwise straight, playable horn. NO DINGS that
I can see.  This horn has been in the family for years, but prior USN
history is unknown.  It may have been "liberated" by uncle at his discharge.
Includes King 11-M MP, BUT NO CASE. First $110 plus Insured shipping.  Will
be carefully packed.
