[TPIN] ADMIN- SERVER ISSUES

The only servers we had troubles with were Whitebox or barebones (Tyan)
HP and IBM were Bullet proof. Dell cheap but more service.
I agree though.
Last thing Michael need is people who cannot decide on a mouthpiece
specifying A server they do not have to maintain. All the issues or tech
specs should be the University IT Admin guidelines.
We just need to pay for it.

I would be inclined to let the university techs spec and purchase the
server. My experience with trying to save a few dollars is that it
alienates the techs and then they go out of their way to demonstrate how
flaky that cheap server is.
