Think I've seen a trumpet with a screw-on bell flare (like some french horns) somewhere. Seems like a usable solution for transport? Does anybody know what influence a screw-on bell flare will have on the trumpets playability/performance/sound? Where is the best (or worst) placement for the screw-joint? Regards, Olaf in Oslo
