[TPIN] Question about C Trumpets

Welcome back to playing the trumpet! and
welcome to TPIN!

I hope you don't take this in the wrong way,
or think I'm being snotty. I'm not If you haven't
played in 16 years you are probably not in
position to critically evaluate any horn; let
alone a C trumpet.

Before you dump it or let someone mutilate
what may well be a perfectly fine instrument;
have an experience player (who actually plays
C trumpet a lot) check it out for you. Your
impressions may well be confirmed.

Trumpet players accumulate more hardware than most
other instrumentalists, and some of us have a
tendendancy to expect more of our equipment than
of ourselves.
