That's a great idea, but first, you almost never get enough time during rehearsal to do
it, and second, even the smallest sticky notes tend to cover something up you don't want
to cover. I usually make notes in pencil during rehearsals and then erase them and use
sticky notes where possible just before the show opens.
I've been looking for sticky notes with a music staff for years, just for doing shows.

Yeah, that's right... HARP center... but they just don't cut it for reasons that are
obvious if you look at them.
Anyone want to make a fortune? Design a 1/2 inch tape that has sticky note glue on one
side and a music staff on the other and comes in a roll with a dispenser so you can tear
off just as much as you need. I'll take a dozen rolls - and 30% of the profit. Plus, I
get to play the trumpet parts for all the commercials. :)
