[TPIN] After Market Picc Leadpipes

The problem here (and the reason that Schilke doesn't make a trumpet receiver 
leadpipe that plays in B flat) is that the difference in length between the 
trumpet shank and the cornet shank is enough to make the horn play flat. 
Blackburn apparently agrees as they don't make one.

However, Gerald Endsley, Dennis Najoom, and Osmun Music also make aftermarket 
lead pipes for the P5-4 that use trumpet receivers. Links to their products
