[TPIN] After Market Picc Leadpipes

Even the Blackburn A pipes are for "short-shank
trumpet mouthpieces" as I understand.

It's interesting that the Yamaha 9830, which is
a Schilke-based design, uses trumpet-shank receivers
on the leadpipes.  I suspect Schilke could have
shortened the female leadpipe receiving tube on
the P5-4 to make the use of either cornet-shanked
or trumpet-shanked pipes but just didn't bother,
as they just had cornet-shank pipes in mind.

I remember Jens Lindemann posting on here many
years ago that he preferred using cornet mouthpieces
on picc.  I wonder if he still uses them, as I
thought he was playing the Yamaha 9830 picc now.
