[TPIN] Spike Jones

I played a gig near the Sarasota area about 20 years ago, with a band
fronted by one of the original members of the Spike Jones Band.
Unfortunately, I don't remember his name.  I think he played trumpet, and I
think we were playing the original Spike Jones Book.  Maybe Leon Merian
knows who this guy is, or who has the book now.
