You're not paying attention.   This thread is being shut down by  MA so 
please respond offlist henceforth.  If people don't know  what NCLB is, then I'd 
assert that THAT is part of the real problem as  well.
 
 
If teachers are threatened with their jobs for not  doing what's asked of 
them, then survival (not of just the  teacher, but the program itself) comes into 
play.  
 
You know not of what you speak.
 
And as somebody has a lot of YOU on their record shelves I don't take  that 
statement lightly.
