[TPIN] Looking for an MD

A fellow player in our  swing band horn section has a keloid on his upper lip (scarring).   This has been only recently diagnosed.  He thinks it's from "marathon gig" sessions years ago.  He'd like it removed.
   Can anyone tell me the name of good surgeon that can perform this procedure and possibly restore this man's ability to play for  a full gig without his  lip swelling? 
    We live in the Capital District of NY.
