Rich,
My order is coming, but in terms of Mike's comments, I wonder if there is a way to break up the book into a volume I and II or I,II, and III. I don't care personally but it might just be a way to beef up orders and if the cost of all three put together is more than the whole thing, it still encourages people to buy the whole thing at once.
But, by the same token, Michael, how much is a new Arban's book? Perhaps, this book should be looked at as the Arban's for Jazz and be priced accordingly. I'm posing those questions to you, Rich, and those who have a copy already. I can form my own opinion when I get my copy.
I just got my copy of Pat Harbison's book 20 minutes ago and almost wish I hadn't since I'm going to buy Rich's book. I suppose that's just an excuse not to work some of Pat's stuff. OK, Pat, I'll play some today and every day at least until I get Rich's book and perhaps forever more.
Glenn
