[TPIN] Big Band Book

I could use some suggestions from those of you who have experience running or playing on a Big Band. We have a book that is past the point of being manageable. Size wise. We have about 320 charts so the book averages about 3 1/2 inches thick now, with more charts waiting to be added. Any suggestions on a source for a folder, cover, or container that would be manageable on the stand as well as provide some protection for the 18 books in transit? I have tried the heavy duty folios available from places like JW Pepper but they are literally breaking apart at the seams. Off list response would be appreciated since this might be stretching the boundary of a trumpet topic even though I do play lead trumpet as well as lead the band. Thanks in advance!
