[TPIN] Doc Severinsen Conn 1000B Trumpet

They were a short-lived project with Doc and Conn that is generally thought 
not to have been very successful. Conn was in financial trouble and the horns, 
always more of an intermediate line than pro quality, weren't all that great.

There was a discussion about it awhile back with lots of pertinent comments 
on the Trumpet Herald.
