Dave,
 
     There are books dedicated to the Alexander technique, which you could look for on Amazon.com or Google it.  Also if there is any way you can make it to the ITG conference, there is a session dedicated to the Alexander technique and trumpet playing.
 
     If you can't find anything  for a while, here is my version of the Alexander technique.   Sit up or stand up fairly straight, bring the horn to your face as opposed to bringing your head to the horn.  Breathe the air to the bottom of your capacity (deep)  and blow.   How's that for expertise eh?  Seems simple but we all forget simple things all the time.  The real Alexander technique is more sophistocated
 
 
You can also take lessons or sessions with Alexander teachers if you are close to a big city or University.  You can usually find those people.
