A good web site for information on AT itself and to locate teachers is:

http://www.ati-net.com/

I've been an Alexander student for two years, and I'm one year into
training to become an AT teacher. It's been invaluable as a means to
perceive what I'm doing when playing, and in helping to correct
physical faults such as closing the throat, leaning my head, holding
the horn with a lot of tension, etc. It's also been very helpful in
overcoming performance anxiety.

Now if I could just play the trumpet...

Please feel free to ask questions, on or off list.
