[TPIN] ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE

I took a few lesson years ago, but as a grad student at the time, couldn't afford to stick with it beyond about 8 sessions.  It was very useful, but so subtle that you can't really recreate the experience without a teacher.  You might check out http://www.johnhenes.com/ .  Mr. Henes is both a trumpeter (Chicagl Lyric Opera, I think) and certified Alexander Teacher.
