Not that I know of, but trumpeter John Henes in Chicago is an
Alexander Technique teacher who offers classes at Northwestern and
teaches privately. The best introductory book I've found on the
Alexander Technique is by Michael Gelb. It's called "Body Learning:
An Introduction to the Alexander Technique" and sells for about $12
on Amazom. Another AT book aimed at musicians is by Barbara Conable
and Benjamin Conable, titled "What Every Musician Needs to Know About
the Body: The Practical Application of Body Mapping & the Alexander
Technique to Making Music."
