Pressure isn't necessary, as long as you don't care about fast cars & pretty
girls...
Who was it that said:
No pressure, no sound...
No sound, no gigs...
No gigs, no money...
No money...
No fast cars & no pretty girls.

[Fellow pressure users,
[
[ Dale Clevenger, principal horn of the Chicago Symphony
[gave a master class/clinic one time, where he faced one of the
[usual clinic questions. "Mister Clevenger, what do you think
[about playing with pressure? Do you use the NO PRESSURE
[method?"(or something similar) Clevenger's reply was, "Several
[thousand people do'n't pay $50 bucks a ticket to hear me miss.
[ When I play loud, I PRESS!"
[
[glenn, the only time I press is when I put my horn on my lips, bengry
