[TPIN] Show marking

Maybe Wilmer or one of you has seen this before. I have played a lot of
shows and never have seen this marking.

It was in a show for Bebe Neuwirth and I can't remember the name of the
tune, but it was from Chicago or All That Jazz or some Kurt Weill thing..

It was harmon mute with stem and a long note with "Stravinksy Growl" over
it. I just did a normal growl and it seemed right.

Anyone else ever seen this marking?
