[TPIN] Difficult Band Member

The amateur orchestra I joined has this rule:

2. Regarding all issues of musicianship:
a. No member shall direct any comment or concern regarding any other 
member's musicianship to anyone
    other than the section leader designated to their section, or the 
conductor.
    Constructive criticism shall only be permitted between the section 
leader designated to a section to individuals within their section.

b. Any comments, criticism, or concerns between sections shall be 
directed to the conductor.
