This would only be acceptable if you had a cop stationed to intercept the guy 
before he got his key into the ignition.

Otherwise this is a really boneheaded suggestion.  I know you're kidding, so 
I'm not going to launch into a tirade about the evils of drunk driving, but 
as a professional driver who logs 125,000 miles a year sharing the road with 
people hell bent on using me (and my 18-wheeler) as the means to commit 
suicide, I feel justified in wagging my finger at you for your bad taste.
