[TPIN] Jazz Trumpeter Bio Recommendations

Scotty Barnhart (of the Basie band) has a book out on 
the history of Jazz trumpet players.  I've started 
reading it at my son's trumpet lessons, as his teacher
has it sitting out.  Unfortunately, he is taking August
off, so I either have to buy a copy or wait a month
to continue.  The book is based on interviews with
the trumpeters, and/or people who worked with them.
Being written by a jazz trumpeter adds a depth to it.
What I have read, so far, has been quite good.
