[TPIN] Difficult Band Member

It sounds like he has higher goals or expectations for the group then  others 
and this is his way to encourage improvement? I would use a  little  
"psychology"  on him....commend him for his great musicianship  and desire to improve, 
and then let him know his outward reaction to others'  mistakes is having an 
adverse affect on the group as a whole! Maybe give him a  chance at a band 
meeting or another time to vent his concerns and offer  suggestions for overall 
improvement!! And then just encourage his patience with  legit mistake!! They 
do happen and to most of us!!
