Boy, I think I have to disagree with this one.
When someone is being that boorish on the bandstand and saying things loud  
enough for others in the band to hear, you CAN'T and SHOULDN'T just ignore that 
 person.  It is a situation that makes for people loosing focus, which will  
affect the band even more.
