[TPIN] Leon, a CD, and scholarships

Excellent idea. I would be in favor of extending offers to all of TPIN &
ITG to *seed* the scholarship endowment through donations first, then using
the CD sales to provide some additional ongoing support and interest.
Heck, if each and every person on TPIN and ITG donated 5-10 bucks initially
(hypothetical average) - I would imagine it would be a nice sum...
