[TPIN] 25s leadpipe option on C Trumpet

Gregg,
Dick Akright used to do a great C trumpet conversion using 
his own version of an S pipe.  The S pipe is nearly a Bb 
trumpet pipe anyway.  Usually this works best on a 239 
bell, but there are plenty on 229's as well.
