[TPIN] Wedge MPC

There is a clear way to use the wedge.
Dr. Dave's explanation is probably better than mine.
When you look into the end it looks a little oval. The long direction
goes up and down.
The sides of the rim slope away and this makes the rim physically
sharper on the sides but it doesn't feel this way on the lips.
The rim is not flat and the top and bottom extend out a little.
I find that this lets the whole rim touch my lips at the same time. My
lips are not flat either.
The shape of the rim on the Wedge fits to my lips and seals with the
least pressure of any mp I have ever tried.

Due to my health problems I am not able to push hard but I can play
the wedge softer with cleaner attacks than my Bach 3C.
Lip slurs are also easier.

I find it is pretty easy to insert it at the right angle and the when
playing it really wants to be in the right place and angle by feel.
After a few minutes it doesn't require any attention any more.

Some people find it doesn't work but for me it is really great.
