[TPIN] Mute racks/mute holders

I have and use the Pfund mute racks. They work well and are very hearty. No
worry of them falling apart. The only thing I don't like is that the clamps
are very stiff. I know I'm a whimp, but I have to use two hands to open it
far enough to clamp to the stand tubing. I also wish the angle of the rings
was more adjustable, but they work fine.
