[TPIN] Broken valve

Turns out this isn't quite accurate.. The stem DOES screw into a flat disk
that is epoxied, or pressed into the open top of the piston itself. It is
this joint that has failed. I went ahead and gorilla glued it and it is
curing. We'll see how long it gets by.
