Man I wish I did have that one. Reminds me a=of a time many years ago (roll
stars credits here) Bill was at the 4 Queens (back when they had live music
in a lounge there). My buddies and I would ride our bikes downtown and they
always let us in. OK we were way under age but never caused a problem.
Just wanted to listen. Besides, all our parents were musicians on the scene
and we couldn't do anything in town without them finding out. Anyway, Bill
had a few (thousand) drinks too many. He neglected to bring a horn stand
with him and while singing (yes I said singing) stepped on his horn.
Crushed it unbelievably. He continued to whistle (yikes) for a couple of
tunes until someone could bring him a new horn. Now I know I have this on
cassette someplace. If I find it, I'll let everyone know. It's definately
worth a good guffaa if nothing else.
If anyone else has/finds the 4th floor walk up, please include me in the
list. I'd love it. I definately have a few things worth trading...:)
