Jon really sums it up here!!!  Golden stuff.  Almost like watching "Young 
Man With a Horn" in condensed version.  

Vic: I'm sure you've already read through this at least twice.  But this is 
a great view of what it's like.  And I'll bet every person on this list who 
spent any time playing profesionally - or still does - identifies with major 
pieces of this.
